Provies ongoing, reglr feebck n evltion to clinicins on the qlity n timeliness of their clinicl work s well s their cselo. Solicits feebck from clinicins regring spervision n whether nees re being met.
Provies ministrtive oversight n monitoring of the grnt billble hors reqirement. Provies spport, trining, n remeition where neee to ssist stff in meeting the progrm's gols, cselo reqirements, chrting, recor keeping, ocmenttion stnrs, n ll other qlity ssrnce stnrs.

Reqirements
5-7 yers of emonstrte proficiency in plnning, orgnizing, mnging, n evlting mentl helth service or similr helth-relte progrm. Experience in non-profit or commnity-bse setting is highly preferre.
2 yers of experience in stff spervision is reqire, incling professionl evelopment, trining, mentoring, n spporting stff one-on-one to meet progrmmtic gols.
Possess, t minimm, Mster's egree from n ccreite college or niversity in Socil Work, Conseling, Psychology, or eqivlent fiel, pls specilize trining in spervision.
The following licensre or certifiction is reqire: LPC n LPCMH / LMHC, LCSW, LCPC, LCC, n creentile s clinicl spervisor.
Experience working collbortively with mltiple stkeholers n commnity prtners. bility to empthize, vocte, n represent the nees of the commnity serve by RisingHelth.
Compter literte. Excellent commn of the MS Office Site, especilly Wor, Excel, n PowerPoint.
