Job description
Magee Resource Group has partnered with a Data Center looking for a Manager of Data Center Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Center Management with experience in workforce management, budgeting, project execution, incident response, compliance and operational planning. This individual will serve as a key leader for site operations, working closely with internal teams, vendors and contractors to maintain reliable data center operations and support business growth.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in data center operations, critical facilities, HPC environments or related infrastructure operations
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong leadership, team-building, coaching and employee development skills
