Manager of Treasury Management

System One is seeking a Manager of Treasury Management for a direct hire opportunity located in Sarasota, FL.
Responsibilities
Directing all treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and banking relationships
Managing a diversified investment portfolio, balancing safety, liquidity, and yield
Developing and executing investment and liquidity strategies aligned with organizational goals
Leading cash flow forecasting and financial planning to support operations, capital projects, and debt service
Overseeing banking structures and controls, ensuring accuracy, security, and strong financial partnerships
Ensuring full compliance with Florida statutes, investment policies, and regulatory standards
Supporting debt issuance and post-issuance compliance in collaboration with internal and external partners
Utilizing data and financial systems to drive informed, strategic decision-making
Presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Building and developing a high-performing treasury team focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
Experience in treasury management, cash management, or related financial roles
Strong understanding of investment portfolios, liquidity strategies, and banking relationships
Knowledge of Florida statutes, investment policies, and regulatory standards
Proven ability to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
