Job TitleManager or AP/AR (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager)Job DescriptionLocation: Hybrid | San Diego Salary: $120K–$135K (DOE) Our top-tier client is looking for a direct-hire fulltime AP/AR Manager in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment. The right person will understand the specialized needs of a similar environment (distribution, credit/deductions, chargebacks, etc.) The right candidate will lead a multi-channel manufacturing finance operation in support of senior leadership. Specifically:Lead a team of 5-10 AP/AR SpecialistsManage vendor interactions relationships, including managing chargebacks, deductions, and other similar activities.Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance.Ensure proper ERP documentation and support.Deliver full-cycle receivables and payables.Requirements:5+ years of AP/AR accounting and finance experience2+ years of proven team leadershipDemonstrated experience with Manufacturing, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or similar.
