Responsibilities
Manages and provides operational and nursing leadership ensuring the quality of nursing care within preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas at their campus, a state‑of‑the‑art hospital in San Francisco. Plans and organizes operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with applicable laws, standards, and regulations. Provides patient care and acts as a resource person to the staff and assures patient care needs are met in the department.
Education
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certification & Licensure
RN-Registered Nurse of California.
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
Preferred Experience
Multiple years progressive clinical/healthcare management and/or operations experience with increasing responsibilities.
Multiple years experience in relevant professional discipline with a solid understanding of operations.
Multiple years management, supervisory or team lead experience.
