Job Summary:
nAs Manager, Pharmacy Administration & Services, you will lead the day-to-day operations and execution of pharmacy programs and initiatives within the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage key pharmacy areas such as third-party billing, pharmacy credentialing, Medicare compliance, pharmacy services (immunizations, adherence, MTM, testing, and new service development such as pharmacist prescriptive authority), and/or core pharmacy enablement. You will focus on driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective program management and team leadership.
nJob Responsibilities:
nnnManage and oversee pharmacy administration and/or services support programs, ensuring consistent and compliant execution of workflows and policies.
n
nnLead a team responsible for pharmacy billing, credentialing, service delivery, core pharmacy and compliance support.
n
nnCollaborate with cross-functional partners to implement pharmacy initiatives that align with organizational goals.
n
nnMonitor operational performance metrics and use data insights to recommend and implement improvements.
n
nnSupport change management efforts to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
n
nnEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, as well as internal policies.
n
nnProvide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members.
n
nnAssist in budget management and resource planning within assigned pharmacy programs.
n
nnCommunicate program status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
n
nnSupervise pharmacy administration staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.

nBasic Qualifications
nnnMinimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, administration, or related healthcare functions.
n
nnExperience managing pharmacy programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
n
nnKnowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
n
nnStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
nnEffective communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
n
nnWillingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
n
nnAt least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
n
nnWilling to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnnPharmacy degree (B.S. or PharmD).
n
nnBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
n
nnExperience leading small teams or project groups in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
n
nnProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analytics tools.
n
