Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs our Pharmacy Manager, you will be a strategic leader and clinical authority, orchestrating safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care delivery.
nEvery day, you will lead and supervise the pharmacy team, meticulously reviewing and authorizing prescriptions for safety (interactions, dosing, allergies). You'll oversee efficient workflow, from authorization to dispensing, and consult with doctors and nurses to troubleshoot medication issues.
nTo be successful in this role, you will possess comprehensive clinical expertise, proven leadership, and an analytical mind for process optimization. Your commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and patient safety will drive our pharmacy's success.
nWe are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.
nJob Requirements
nRequired Education and Experience:
nnnBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
n
nnMinimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience required.
n
n nRequired Licensure:
nnActive CA State Pharmacist License in good standing required.
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnMinimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed or supplemental Masters Degree (MBA, MS, MHA, etc) preferred.
