Job description
As Manager, Planning at GXO Logistics, you will lead planning activities across transportation and warehousing operations to ensure capacity, inventory and service targets are met. You will build and maintain demand and volume forecasts, translate them into labor and space plans, and coordinate with operations, engineering and customer teams to align resources. Using data, analytics and planning tools, you will analyze performance, identify risks, and recommend optimization initiatives. You will support new business launches, standardize planning processes, and mentor analysts in a performance-driven, safety-focused culture.
