Job description
As Manager, Planning at GXO Logistics, you will lead planning activities for warehouse and transportation operations to support blue-chip customers. You’ll use data, automation and planning tools to forecast demand, balance capacity, and optimize labor, space and transportation resources. Partnering with operations, engineering and customer teams, you’ll build and refine KPIs, resolve constraints, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and service targets are met. You’ll also lead a small planning team, standardize processes, and support new business implementations across a dynamic, technology-driven network.
