Job description

As the Manager - Portfolio, you will directly support the Strategy Realization Office (SRO) by ensuring effective governance of the entire Enterprise project/product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. Additionally, you will ensure the cross-functional dependencies between projects and products efforts are connected and coordinated.

nResponsibilities:

nnnResponsible for overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts

n

nnResponsible for developing, establishing, and standardized project management methodologies and procedures

n

nnResponsible for proactively identifying bottlenecks before they disrupt timelines

n

nnResponsible for efficient allocation of team members based on skills and capacity

n

nnResponsible for using metrics to accurately predict project completion dates

n

nnResponsible for fixing the underlying systemic issue when a failure occurs, rather than just treating symptoms

n

nnResponsible for enabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organization

n

nnResponsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management

n

nnResponsible for establishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required SOX Controls

n

n nQualifications:

nnnBachelors Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Master's Degree preferred

n

nnLicenses/Certificates/Designations – PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner preferred

n

nn5-7 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner & Scrum Master, Six Sigma

n

nnRequired to communicate effectively with project teams, product teams, stakeholders, executive management.
