Job description
Lead and grow NetApp's professional services organization by managing a two-tiered delivery team of services and consulting. Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction, managing financial targets, and driving regional business growth through strategic collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 5 years in field-based services management with a preference for 12+ years of total related experience supporting enterprise customers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline is required, along with expertise in cloud storage and consulting business models.
