nThe (USA) Manager, Record to Report, leads the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves reconciling complex accounts, analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with stakeholders to support business needs. The manager drives continuous improvement in financial processes, risk management, and internal controls while fostering operational excellence. nWalmart US Manufacturing operates five plants, including case-ready beef, with a focus on efficient financial management and operational excellence. The team supports the Thomasville location by overseeing costing processes, month-end closing, and financial statement analysis. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team ensures accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial reporting and risk management. Utilizing advanced accounting standards and data management practices, the team drives effective decision-making and operational efficiency to support Walmart's business goals and maintain high standards of governance and control.
nWhat you'll do...
nnnOversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.

nnReconcile complex accounts involving data from multiple systems to maintain data integrity.
n
nnPrepare and analyze financial statements, including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss reports.
n
nnCollaborate with stakeholders to align financial planning, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
n
nnIdentify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and implement internal controls.
n
nnManage financial data and metadata to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
n
nnLead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless financial operations.

n nWhat you'll bring:
nnnProven expertise in financial statement analysis, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow correlations.

nnStrong knowledge of month-end closing processes and reconciliation of complex accounts.
n
nnExperience with GAAP standards, advanced accounting methods, and regulatory compliance.
n
nnAbility to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across functions.
n
nnProficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting techniques.
n
nnSkilled in identifying process improvements and implementing controls for operational excellence.
n
nnFamiliarity with risk management frameworks and internal control assessments.

nnCompetence in data management and leveraging technology to enhance financial reporting accuracy.

nThe annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
