Job description
Elastic is seeking a Manager to own renewal analytics and bookings classification within GTM FP&A. You will influence renewal base health, multi-year forecasting, and policy shaping how planning, compensation, and reporting unfold across the business.
You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align on assumptions, define inputs for compensation, and escalate discrepancies. This role interfaces with IT and CRM systems to translate policy into rules and reports.
