Manager, Sales –COCOM Accounts
Location: Remote
Clearance Required: Active Top-Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility preferred
Overview
Everfox is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our Combatant Command (COCOM) sales team. This role is responsible for driving team performance, developing account strategies, and expanding Everfox's footprint across COCOM accounts. The ideal candidate brings proven sales leadership, deep familiarity with joint military operations and COCOM contracting processes, and the ability to coach high-performing teams in complex technical sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and execute short- and long-term sales plans to hit revenue targets within DoD COCOM Account team
Set territory strategy and account pursuit plans across the COCOM portfolio
Drive team performance through pipeline generation and stage management, deal reviews, forecasting and strategic coaching
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of account executives selling Everfox technical solutions to COCOM accounts
Forecast bookings, manage pipeline health, track core team metrics, and ensure consistent attainment across the team
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent aligned to COCOM mission priorities
Procurement & Compliance
Guide the team through complex government procurement processes, including contract vehicles, channel partners, and reseller relationships
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and COCOM-specific contracting requirements
Leverage deep knowledge of joint acquisition frameworks and theater-specific procurement processes to accelerate deal cycles and reduce friction
Relationship Building
Build and maintain executive relationships with COCOM decision-makers, joint military staff, J-code directors, program managers, and system integrators
Represent Everfox as a senior leader within the COCOM and joint defense ecosystem
Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships across Combatant Commands and their component service commands
Data Management & Sales Business Intelligence
Ensure team develops and maintains data sources to inform pricing strategies, customer program insights, pipeline targeting, forecast accuracy, and overall business investments to support COCOM sales efforts
Analyze territory performance, competitive landscape, and customer trends to refine team's go-to-market approach
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with pricing, channel, capture and proposal management, product, marketing, and services teams to align sales pipeline execution to targets
Coordinate across internal stakeholders to support complex opportunities and ensure seamless customer experience
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience, including 3–5 years managing high-performing sales teams
Demonstrated expertise with COCOM operations, joint military contracting, procurement, and acquisition structures
Experience selling Cross Domain Solutions, Zero Trust architectures, and Multi-Level Security technologies
Proven success building and scaling teams managing large, strategic government accounts across multiple services and geographic theaters
Strong coaching and talent development track record
Established network and visible presence within the defense technology and COCOM communities
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Active Top-Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility preferred

You understand COCOM stakeholders, joint acquisition pathways, theater operations, and the technical landscape—and you know how to translate that expertise into scalable team success. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on coaching and bring credibility, initiative, and deep industry insight.
A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:
$174,500.00-291,100.00 USD
The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
