Coordinate with project, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and field service teams to achieve program goals.

Monitor returned service parts and support component design optimization to address fleet issues.

Develop staffing plans that balance long-term internal capability growth with specialized outsourced services.

Provide technical leadership at insurance and lender meetings, user conferences, and industry conferences as needed.

Ensure fleet experience and lessons learned are incorporated into design reviews and communicated to engineering design teams.

Support ISO 9001 audits and compliance activities.

Comply with safety policies, protect confidential information, and maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

Travel up to 20%, including occasional trips lasting two or more weeks.
