ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting an inclusive and innovative culture
Plan and design software and web applications, including new and modified programs
Define project requirements with cross-functional teams, set timelines, and ensure clear communication
Oversee software design, updates, roll-outs, and alignment with technical specs
Implement KPIs to improve development efficiency and product quality
Manage deliverables, deadlines, specs, and budgets while supporting staff growth
Monitor industry trends and evaluate external products to keep team knowledge up-to-date
Propose software changes and manage capital expenditure projects to boost innovation and operations
Exercise independent judgment in significant matters
Occasional nights/weekends or variable schedules as needed
