Optimize workflows, technology utilization, and workforce management practices to improve overall operational effectiveness.

Monitor staffing performance metrics and implement action plans to improve coverage, responsiveness, and utilization.

Support strategic initiatives related to growth, workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and operational excellence.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Advanced proficiency with workforce management systems, scheduling platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational technology.
