Ensures staff performance in order to meet business needs in compliance with strategic priorities. Collaborates closely with business and or functional area(s) to assist users in defining their needs. Assumes responsibility for all projects within their team. This role also ensures that projects and programs align with enterprise strategic goals and adhere to standardized governance and delivery practices.
