Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Drive benefits and total rewards programs grounded in competitive market practice and operational excellence that support attracting, motivating, and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.
Partner with Finance on total rewards budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, including benefits, compensation, and related programs.
Evaluate administrative costs, pricing, and overall effectiveness of benefits and total rewards offerings, recommending strategies to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
Lead vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals across benefits and total rewards programs.
Develop and execute compelling communication strategies to ensure employees clearly understand the company’s total rewards offerings—including benefits, wellness, and compensation programs—and to drive awareness, participation, and engagement.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Benefits and/or Total Rewards management.
Financial Services experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong collaborator with experience managing partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to achieve results.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The annual base salary range is $110k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
