This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.Wage: $17.00/hour or $35,360.00/yr + Performance-based bonusesWhat You'll Do:Sales & Customer Service Support achievement of location sales goalsDeliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scoresLearn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practicesOperations & Fleet Management Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory controlAssist with store operations and complianceVehicle and Facility Care Support team with miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistanceFinance & Administration Learn finance processes and support deal completionUnderstand reporting, documentation, and business metricsLeadership Development Shadow and support management in daily operationsBuild skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coachingPrepare for future leadership roles through structured trainingLearn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the companyWhat We're Looking For:Must be 20 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's licenseStrong computer and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to growExceptional time management skillsFlexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPresentable attireExperience working in a professional environmentAbout UsWe put Safety First, no compromises, because protecting our people and communities drives every choice we make.
