Role
Lead strategy development and execution for clinical trial representativeness and inclusion at Kite, focusing on diversifying participant populations to reflect disease epidemiology.
Responsibilities
design digital engagement campaigns
develop patient recruitment strategies
manage multi-channel outreach (social media, content, partnerships)
collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Public Affairs
analyze recruitment metrics for optimization
Requirements
6+ years with a BS/BA or 4+ years with an MS/MA
experience in digital marketing, patient engagement, and analytics
knowledge of clinical trial processes, particularly in oncology or cell/gene therapies
Preferred
background in life sciences
experience with digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
content creation tools
leading cross-functional teams

focus on cancer therapies, including CAR T-cell modalities, with an emphasis on trial equity, patient diversity, and digital engagement in Phase I-III clinical trials.
