Key Responsibilities
Supervises application development activities including coding, testing and deployment, throughout the development process to satisfy user requirements.
Provides expertise in test code reviews across multiple applications to optimize scalability, velocity and reliability of deliverables.
Designs and implements robust monitoring tools that provide visibility and reliability to measure success and continuous improvements.
Develops working relationships with peers across the engineering teams, collaborating to develop solutions.
Facilitates a security minded application development approach, applying secure coding principles.
Identifies, evaluates and recommends improvements to the application development lifecycle and best practices in agile engineering.
