Managing Associate / Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities
Grow and manage a personal client practice focused on holistic financial planning
Recruit, coach, and develop a select group of advisors and support staff
Build and execute strategic business plans for sustainable growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering customized investment, insurance, and retirement strategies
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver advanced planning solutions
Leverage technology and data‑driven insights to enhance client outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a financial advisor or planner
Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
