Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to manage or supervise teams.

Comfortable working in a fully digital, paperless legal environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills.

Long-term career orientation with interest in building within a growing organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or office management role within a legal practice.

Experience working in high-volume plaintiff personal injury firms.

Familiarity with modern legal technology systems and digital case management tools.

Experience supporting or participating in business development activities.

Compensation & Work Model

Base Salary: $120,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience.

Bonus: Tiered performance-based bonus structure tied to case outcomes, to be established after an initial ramp-up period.

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Work Model: Initial remote arrangement with transition to an on-site leadership role upon establishment of the Minnesota office.
