Job description
ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Transaction Advisory (M&A) to join our growing team across the United States. You will advise infrastructure investors, private equity firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and energy companies on critical investment decisions, helping them identify risks and opportunities while delivering ESG and EHS due diligence.
This role partners with ERM Partners and global specialists to expand our due diligence offering and deliver value to clients
