Job description
Focus Partners seeks a Managing Director, Advisory Leadership Team to drive advisor performance, growth, and client experience within an ambitious RIA setting. You will directly manage 30+ wealth advisors, coaching them to achieve strategic objectives and strong client outcomes.
You will partner with the Division President to set priorities, lead OKRs, and oversee capacity planning, innovation, and organizational effectiveness across the division.
