Everything we do is forward-looking and focused on creating modern organizations, leadership team and leaders. We are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, but work on a remote-first basis with employees across the United States and Europe. As part of our embedded purpose to change lives for the better, we donate 10% of our annual profits to charities that support youth and education to develop the diverse talent of tomorrow.

About the Role

Modern’s mission is to partner with the world’s leading organizations to reimagine and implement a modern approach to leadership and talent. Our unique ability to integrate who runs the organization (people and talent) with how it operates (structure, operating model, and roles)—while aligning both to the future leadership needed to drive change—delivers outsized value for our clients.

Our Leadership Advisory Services team, consisting of executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development consulting, is critical to our integrated value proposition. The clarity and relevance of our assessment insights, combined with our high-touch, developmental approach, ensure we de-risk hiring decisions and accelerate the impact of leaders and leadership teams.

Growth: You will provide expertise to shape impactful solutions for new and existing clients, in partnership with Modern’s diverse team of industry, functional, and practice experts.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious, entrepreneurial environment. They will be relentless in their client focus, delivering premium solutions and experiences that support Modern’s ambitions and commercial goals. They will be a target-driven team player who is responsive, flexible, and detail-oriented. Organized and efficient, with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, they will build as they deliver, partnering across Modern’s fast-growing team. They will also shape Modern’s culture through their actions, demonstrating purpose, connection, care, transparency, and accountability.
