Managing Director, Data Operations & Reporting
Ares Management is looking for a Managing Director to lead their global Data Operations. This role involves shaping data strategy, ensuring data quality, and managing vendor relationships. The position is crucial for supporting the firm’s investment operations and requires strong leadership and expertise in data governance.
What You’ll Do
Lead and scale the global Data Operations function.
Define and execute data strategy aligned with business growth.
Establish data governance frameworks and standards.
Oversee data quality and risk management.
Manage relationships with data vendors.
Partner with various teams to support accurate reporting.
What You Need
15+ years in global capital markets or investment management.
Expertise in Data Operations or Investment Operations.
Experience with data governance frameworks.
Familiarity with market data platforms like Bloomberg and S&P.
Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
