Location : NYC OR Trenton, NJ (2 days in office)

an accomplished Sr. Director to help lead and grow its thriving Health & Life Sciences
practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior communications leader who combines deep
healthcare expertise with exceptional client counsel, media savvy, and business acumen. If you

The Role:
Lead and expand a portfolio of high-profile healthcare and life sciences client relationships
Drive integrated communications programs spanning earned media, thought leadership, crisis/issues, corporate communications and strategic advisory services
Partner with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
Collaborate across strategy, creative, digital, and research teams to deliver impactful client solutions
Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
The Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of communications or public relations experience within healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors
Proven success managing senior client relationships and leading complex communications initiatives
Strong media relations expertise with a track record of securing influential national coverage
Exceptional presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Experienced in driving business growth, developing teams, and identifying strategic opportunities within the healthcare landscape
