Shape AI-enabled and agentic AI transformation opportunities that move beyond pilots into governed, production-scale operating capabilities

Design intelligent workflows that combine document ingestion, policy and coverage retrieval, summarization, decision support, exception triage, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop controls

Partner with data, engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and business teams to embed AI into underwriting, claims, finance, operations, and customer-facing processes

Establish explainable, auditable, regulator-ready AI governance models aligned with model risk, privacy, security, compliance, and controllership expectations

Office of the CFO & Finance Transformation

Lead insurance Office of the CFO transformation across Record-to-Report, controllership, close and consolidation, FP&A, forecasting, scenario modeling, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and shared services

Help CFOs, CAOs, and finance executives improve close-cycle performance, financial data quality and lineage, forecast accuracy, auditability, governance, productivity, and decision support

Connect finance transformation to insurance value drivers including claims cost, reserves, underwriting profitability, premium growth, commissions, reinsurance, statutory and management reporting, and actuarial inputs

Develop finance + AI use cases such as journal entry copilots, reconciliation exception triage, flux and variance analysis, policy/accounting knowledge copilots, predictive forecasting, and driver-based planning

Practice Growth & NYC Market Leadership
