Job description
Northland Securities, Inc. seeks a Managing Director to lead capital markets services including equity offerings, convertible debt, PIPEs and private placements.
You will leverage Northland’s equity sales, trading and investment banking expertise to structure and execute complex financings. Responsibilities include driving sell-side and buy-side engagements, coordinating with sales, traders and partners, preparing deal materials, marketing and negotiating transactions, and mentoring junior staff
