The firm provides M&A advisory and capital raising services across multiple industries including industrials, healthcare, business services, consumer, and technology.Primary responsibilities include originating and leading the execution of M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. The Managing Director will leverage strong marketing skills, a broad network within a specific industry, and a referral network to generate new business. Dresner's Managing Directors are supported by an experienced team of bankers, support staff, and the latest technology, and are offered a generous compensation package with long-term incentives.Deal execution responsibilities: leading deal teams on transactions from initial client pitch to closing; managing day-to-day client relationships and transactions; serving as primary client contact on engagements; and providing leadership, professional development, and mentoring for junior staff.Business development responsibilities: actively pursuing business development opportunities and originating new client engagements within a selected industry sector; developing prospect and referral networks; participating in industry conferences and marketing efforts.Requirements: 15+ years of experience at a boutique or regional investment bank. Proven track record of new business development and originating and closing investment banking engagements. Established relationships with private equity firms, middle market businesses, and referral sources. Active FINRA registration required. Location in Florida is flexible, with headquarters in Chicago.
