Delphi Digital is seeking a Founding Practice Lead to build and lead a new Stablecoins, Payments & fintech advisory practice within our Research & Consulting business. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, pricing, services, and the delivery model without a predefined playbook.

You will originate and close senior engagements, develop strategic relationships across payments, fintech, banking, and treasury, and drive the revenue model and IP for scale.
