Job description
LensCrafters is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead the marketplace and deliver the highest level of clinical care to patients throughout the customer journey. The role supports medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op care where applicable, while driving KPI-backed outcomes.
You will recruit and develop talent, ensure licensure compliance, and maintain strong partnerships with store teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
