Job description
LensCrafters is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead the marketplace and office, delivering the highest level of clinical care throughout the patient journey. The role includes medical practice oversight, referral management, and pre/post-op support where applicable.
You will recruit and develop staff, drive KPI performance, ensure licensure compliance, and maintain community partnerships while upholding EssilorLuxottica standards and delivering a superior patient experience.
