REDE Consulting delivers ServiceNow IRM/GRC and Databricks AI services to clients across Europe and the US. We're launching REDE US, LLC (Delaware) and looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and lead it — as an equity partner, not an employee.

📍 What you'll do
Lead US sales, marketing, and business growth
Be the face of REDE — client, vendor, and industry-facing
Own the full sales cycle for our ServiceNow & Databricks engagements

Qualifications & Experience
Proven Executive Track Record: 10+ years of leadership experience with a strong background in scaling operations, executive sales, and market expansion.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Previous founder, co-founder, or P&L leader experience with a comfortable approach to building from the ground up.
Network & Presence: Deep industry connections with executive-level presentation and communication skills.
Financial & Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business compliance, contract negotiation, and profit/loss management.
Built or scaled a US-based consulting, IT services, or enterprise software business
Strong network in GRC, risk, compliance, or the ServiceNow/Databricks ecosystem (good to have)
Ready to build without a guaranteed salary, in exchange for real ownership
