Job description
Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations in a high-volume environment in Rochester, NY. You will drive Legendary Food and Legendary Service while leading a management team and controlling costs.
The role requires 2+ years in GM/MP leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. A monetary deposit and employment agreement are part of the onboarding process.
