nPosition Description:
nPenn Medicine is seeking a Managing Physician to join our established Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) practice in Lancaster, PA. This is a unique leadership opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while helping guide the operational and clinical aspects of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
nPractice Highlights :
nnnTeam: 3 MFM physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and an on-site genetic counselor
n
nnSchedule: 4-day workweek, 10-hour days—supporting work-life balance
n
nnPatient Population: Diverse and complex
n
nnEnvironment: Collegial, collaborative culture with emphasis on leadership and mentorship
n
n nResponsibilities:
nnnProvide high-risk obstetric care as part of a full-scope MFM practice
n
nnServe as clinical and operational leader for the practice
n
nnCollaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff to optimize workflow, patient care, and quality initiatives
n
nnMentor and support APPs and other team members
n
nnParticipate in strategic planning, resource management, and practice development initiatives
n
n nMinimum Requirements:
nnnMD or DO
n
nnBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
n
nnEligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
n
nnProven leadership experience preferred
n
nnStrong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
n
