Bring your formal management experience to a leadership seat at one of Texas's largest PI firms

Hosted by: Gavin Gruwell

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

About Us

Our client is one of the largest and most successful personal injury law firms in the country, with a statewide Texas presence and a track record of preparing every case as though it will go to trial. The firm has built a reputation around aggressive case development, heavy investment in litigation resources, and a strong internal culture of mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers. It's an organization built for attorneys who want to combine serious litigation work with real leadership responsibility.

Why join us

This role is built for a courtroom-tested attorney ready to step into leadership without stepping away from serious case work. You'll guide strategy on significant injury cases, mentor rising litigators, and operate inside a firm that invests heavily in trial preparation for every case it takes on, with compensation upside that reflects the scope of the role.

Responsibilities

A leading statewide personal injury firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. This leadership role oversees 4–6 attorneys and their support staff, guiding case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution, running regular strategy reviews, mentoring junior attorneys on depositions, motions, negotiation, and trial prep, and reviewing pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team.

Requirements

Candidates need a J.D. and active Texas Bar license, 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense), strong Texas PI litigation experience end-to-end, and demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
