Multi-Site Veterinary Leadership Opportunity – Oswego/Pulaski, NYReady to expand your impact beyond a single hospital?

North Country Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced veterinarian to step into an exciting multi-site leadership role supporting our growing hospitals in the Oswego/Pulaski region. This is the perfect opportunity for a current Managing Veterinarian—or a driven Associate ready for leadership—to combine clinical excellence with mentorship, strategy, and team development.

In this role, you’ll partner with hospital leadership teams to:

Elevate medical quality and standards of care

Mentor and support veterinarians and staff

Help drive hospital growth and performance

Strengthen culture and team engagement

Influence the future of veterinary care across the region

You’ll have the support of NVA’s extensive resources, including recruiting, HR, marketing, operational leadership, and a veterinarian-led Medical Advisory Board—giving you the tools to lead successfully while still practicing medicine your way.

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000–$150,000+ base salary

Production bonuses

Signing bonus & $20,000 relocation assistance and support from our white glove relocation service!

*Relocation benefits are offered at NVA GP’s discretion and are available only for approved Managing Veterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI, CT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are subject to change at any time.

Relocation benefits are not available for local moves (e.g., short-distance moves within the same metro area). NVA GP reserves the right to determine whether a move qualifies as “relocation” based on mileage thresholds, candidate address, and business rationale.
