Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates is seeking a team-oriented and enthusiastic Medical Director / Veterinarian to join our team in Purcellville, Virginia!

The Package:
* $150,000-$200,000 base salary (experience-based)
* Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus

Your Role: More Than Management

You'll be responsible for:
* Setting the medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team
* Mentoring associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives
* Ensuring gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and protocols
* Partnering with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
* Supporting your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
