We feature an in-house pharmacy and our nationally recognized Cat Thyroid Center, which has treated over 3,800 cats with I-131 therapy since 1999.

The Opportunity
As the Medical Director at Ruskin Animal Hospital, you will provide medical leadership for the hospital ensuring quality care is provided, while also managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance. Alongside the Hospital Manager, you will oversee the financial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets, and meeting budget expectations. Additionally, you and the Hospital Manager will oversee staff and the overall management of the practice, under the direction of National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.
Skills And Basic Qualifications
3+ years experience as a DVM
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be employed
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Compensation
$140-170K base salary depending on experience
This position is eligible for production-based bonuses and site profit sharing bonuses quarterly
Up to $50K in bonuses comprised of sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance if applicable.
