Don’t Let This Unicorn Job Slip Away — Lead Upstate NY’s Premier Feline-Only Hospital!
(Yes, it’s really as cool as it sounds.)
Paris Hill Cat Hospital in Clinton, NY is searching for a fun, energetic, cat-adoring Managing Veterinarian to take the reins of our thriving, feline-exclusive practice. Opportunities like this are rare—like “spotting-a-cat-who-actually-likes-the-car-ride” rare. If you’ve been waiting for that once-in-a-career leadership role… here it is purring at your feet.
Step Into the Leadership Role Everyone Will Be Talking About
You’ll partner with our Hospital Manager to elevate medical quality, guide an amazing team of cat whisperers, and steer the hospital toward even bigger success. And thanks to full support from NVA’s Divisional Leadership Team, you’ll have the training, coaching, and resources to lead with confidence (and maybe even a little swagger).
This isn’t just another step in your career—it’s a leap.
A Feline-Only Wonderland You Won’t Find Anywhere Else
As the largest feline-only hospital in Upstate NY , Paris Hill offers everything a cat-focused doctor dreams of:
A brand-new, feline-designed facility. Advanced dental and surgical capabilities. A team of licensed technicians who know feline behavior inside and out. Urgent care support. And a team engagement score of 4.5/5 , which basically means everyone loves being here.
These kinds of environments are rare. Seriously… rare.
Support So Good It Feels Like Cheating (But It’s Not)
Recruiting, HR, marketing, legal, IT—they’re all handled through NVA’s support network. You also get access to robust mentorship programs and a veterinarian-led Medical Advisory Board.
You bring the leadership and medical vision—they handle the boring stuff.
Compensation That Makes This Even Harder to Pass Up
Production bonuses + generous sign-on
$20,000+ relocation assistance for eligible MDVMs (plus assistance from our corporate relocation partner!)
401(k) with match
This is one of those roles that disappears fast.

Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are subject to change at any time.
