Overseethe implementation of group policies, submit regulatory reports regularly,and report on production, operations, and financial status. Improveinternal accounting controls and other internal control systems.
Leadthe company's accounting, financial analysis, fund management, budgetmanagement, tax management, audit, and other related work.
Conductcomprehensive analysis of financial and operational results, identifyoperational risks and other major problems, provide recommendations from financialperspectives.
Participatein the preparation of annual business plans and operational responsibilitysystems, organize the preparation of the company's annual budget, monitorand analyze budget execution, and issue early warnings for abnormalsituations.
Utilizefinancial expertise to support company business decisions.
Requirements
Havea deep understanding of the UK accounting systems and standards, know Chineseand British accounting principles, understand UK tax systems and basiclaws, be familiar with international accounting standards, and proficientin using ERP software.
Begenerally familiar with manufacturing business processes, able to quicklyunderstand operational rules and factory system processes.
Haveteam management experience and good management thinking.
