Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual lathes and mills according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with GD&T requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Manual Lathe and/or Mill Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
Experience with precision measurement and blueprint reading.
Ability to work with very close tolerances (thousandths).
Proficiency in using measuring equipment and making offset changes.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000
