Manual MachinistIndustrial Manual Machinist – 2nd Shift Pay: $21–$29/hr + 11.5% Shift Premium Location: Tulsa Area Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Integrity Staffing is hiring an experienced Manual Machinist for a well-established Tulsa manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role working with precision components that support industry-leading equipment. If you take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and prefer a clean, climate-controlled shop environment — this is a strong long-term opportunity. All 2nd shift employees receive an additional 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked, giving you increased weekly earnings plus 3-day weekends.What You'll Be Doing:Set up and operate manual mills and lathes, including Bridgeport Manual MillsPerform complete machine setups and create custom workholding for unique partsRead and interpret blueprints to machine parts to exact tolerancesUse micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring toolsMachine high-mix, low-volume parts with attention to detailInspect your own work to ensure quality standards are metTroubleshoot machining challenges independentlyMaintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety and 5S standardsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience operating manual mills and lathesStrong measuring and inspection skillsAbility to read blueprints and understand tolerancesComfortable working independently on one-of-a-kind or small-batch partsAbility to stand, bend, and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (lifting devices available when needed)Why Apply?Competitive pay based on experience11.5% shift premium on all hours worked4-day work week with long weekendsClean, climate-controlled manufacturing environmentStable, long-term opportunityIf you're a skilled Manual Machinist looking for steady hours, strong pay, and a company that values precision work — apply today.
