Manual Machinist OpportunityExpress is seeking manual machinists for a company in Zelienople, PA. This role is responsible for setting up and operating milling machines, reviewing machining drawings, and ensuring all components are produced to precise quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesReview job instructions, blueprints, and machining requirementsSet up and operate milling machines for productionMonitor machining operations and make adjustments to improve resultsEnsure finished components meet required quality standardsEnter job logs and information into the systemIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reduce wasteFollow all safety procedures and report potential safety concernsParticipate in safety and process improvement initiativesQualificationsCombination of machining experience and training requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret blueprints, machining drawings, and proceduresWillingness to learn CNC programmingBasic computer skills for job tracking and documentationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPEStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to learn and operate machine shop equipment, tools, and measuring devicesSchedule:Monday–Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay:Starting at $24.50/hrBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) with company matchProfit sharingVacation payHoliday payTuition reimbursementQuarterly bonusesIf you're looking for an opportunity to grow your machining skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
