Job description
HR On Demand seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for our growing U.S. operations, coordinating with the Taiwan headquarters to establish strong practices as the facility scales.
You will manage month-end and year-end closes, general ledger, AP/AR, cost accounting for manufacturing, budgeting, audits, and internal controls in alignment with U.S. GAAP, while developing staff and partnering with operations, procurement, and HR.
