This role provides administrative support to Production, Planning, and Operations through production reporting, ERP transactions, labor reporting, documentation control, and coordination of manufacturing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily manufacturing and production administrative activitiesAnswer incoming calls and direct plant communications as neededCreate and maintain production orders in Epicor ERPEnter daily production labor and production dataAssist with inventory transactions and production reportingMaintain production records and manufacturing documentationCoordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production departmentsProcess engineering change documentation and production paperworkMaintain production schedules, reports, and KPI tracking spreadsheetsAssist with inventory audits and cycle count documentationSupport plant leadership with administrative and operational reportingMaintain organized production files and manufacturing recordsQualificationsHigh School Diploma Or GEDStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented and highly dependableComfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)Previous Administrative experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCore BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementTime Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
