Manufacturing AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Hermantown, MN. In this role, you'll assemble quality products, operate production equipment, and support shipping and manufacturing operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools and machinery, and being part of a dependable production team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Assembler:Assemble manufactured products according to specifications and work instructionsOperate CNC milling equipment and CNC cut-off saws for secondary production processesUse mechanical shearing equipment and other manufacturing machinery as neededBuild pallets and prepare finished products for shipmentInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metFollow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all timesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Assembler Role:Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power toolsAbility to read and interpret basic assembly drawings and blueprintsBasic math skills and strong attention to detailAbility to stand for up to 8 hours per shiftAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 poundsStrong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a teamPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or CNC machine experience preferred but not requiredWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
